Alerta Medical want to reassure all distributors through this unprecedented and evolving situation caused by the COVID-19 Coronavirus, that we have implemented strict contingency measures and are abiding by all government guidelines.

We are experiencing extraordinary demand on certain product lines as hospitals seek to urgently free up beds and transfer some patients to care homes. We have very large stocks available of most items and are taking extreme measures to maintain supply lines of stock and raw material, and adding production staff to increase supply.

Although next day delivery is not guaranteed on all orders during this time, the Alerta Medical team are working around the clock to have your orders processed and delivered in the shortest time possible, and we're available as usual to answer your questions and respond to enquiries.
